At TYR EU, we want to ensure you have the best performance gear for your training; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is in unworn and resellable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal, securely attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
